This website is run by Carpathica Ltd ("Carpathica", "we", "us"), registered in England & Wales. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at info@carpathica.co.uk.
What we collect
- Tender and project enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, project details and any documents or links you send us.
- Job and work enquiries: the details you choose to send when you email us about work, such as your trade, card details and availability.
- Emails you send us: the content of the email and your contact details.
We don't ask for special category data. Please don't send it unless we specifically need it.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, price and manage the work you've asked us about, and keep a record of tenders and correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and developing our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to us through a form-handling service and stored in our email system. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards. We may also share project details with people working with us on your project, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and tender records for as long as we need them to respond and manage any resulting work, and then for up to six years for our business and legal records. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@carpathica.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so it can deliver them. If we add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
